Dr. Landon
Blake
Dr. Landon Blake graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, with a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master's in Interprofessional Spine Management. During his time in Dallas, Landon worked in a multi-professional environment, where he developed skills under the top chiropractors in the metroplex.
Care shaped by movement, rooted in community.
Landon treated veterans at the VA Hospital in Oklahoma City and built invaluable experience treating those who have protected and served our country. He also interned at one of the largest family and pediatric chiropractic offices in Oklahoma City, where he developed additional hands-on skills necessary to treat those of all ages.

His passion is not reserved for practice members alone. Landon also served in a mission trip to Haiti and the Dominican Republic and provided well-needed medical supplies and chiropractic treatments to those of all ages with limited resources. This experience deepened his belief that quality care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of circumstance, a value he carries into every adjustment he gives today.
Outside of the office, Landon is usually doing the same things his patients are: getting outside, staying active, and finding any excuse to be on a trail rather than behind a desk. He believes the best chiropractors practice what they preach, and that showing up as an active, engaged member of the community matters just as much as what happens on the adjusting table.
He spends his weekends at professional conferences to increase his specialized skills for pediatric and family care, or at local community events, sharing the word about the blessing of chiropractic care to get people feeling better.
Landon's decision to plant Trail Chiropractic in Bentonville wasn't random. He was drawn to Northwest Arkansas by the same things that draw so many families here: a community built around movement, the outdoors, and taking care of one another. He believes a trail town deserves a chiropractor who understands what it means to actually use your body hard, whether that's chasing kids around the yard, riding singletrack on the weekend, or putting in a full week on your feet.
Being an active part of the Northwest Arkansas community matters to Landon as much as running the practice does. His goal is to show up where people already are, whether that's a community event, a local trail group, a gym, or a school, and build a healthier, more connected NWA one relationship at a time.
At the core of it, Landon's approach to care is simple: listen closely, measure objectively, and treat every patient, whether a toddler, a veteran, or a weekend trail runner, as an individual with their own story and their own goals.
